1 December with Hop
From the evening before to your child's reply. Shown here with Ida and her Bamse as an example — yours will have your child's name.
Hop is training your child for the Nisse Olympics on Christmas Eve. 2–3 minutes a day, on a soft surface.
The plan arrives by email at 19 and in the grown-ups' area behind your code. With the print pack, also as a separate grown-up sheet — never in your child's letter.
Ida knocks on the little door in the app. The door opens, Hop peeks out and hands over an envelope.
What you set out last night becomes the morning's little discovery.
Under the letter your child can draw or write a little reply. The story doesn't change — the reply is saved for the Christmas book you get by email on 24 December.
After the letter: a little Christmas history with a question, a short game and a sheet to cut out or colour. Under 3 minutes of screen time.
Good morning! Today we're practising balance. Stand on one leg like a flamingo … and count out loud with me, Ida! One, two, three, four, five … and now the other leg! I always topple over at seven, because that's when I start giggling. If you wobble over, that's fine — real athletes just get up and try again. Bonus points if Bamse stands on one leg too. Tomorrow we're training with SOCKS. Yes, socks! Your wobbly nisse, Hop
