A small Christmas elf from Danish folklore. In December, many Danish families have a mischievous nisse “living” behind a little door.

How much screen time?
Under 10 minutes in the morning: your child knocks, the nisse peeks out and reads the letter. The rest happens at home.

What do we need to do?
You get a plan by email each evening. It takes no more than 10 minutes, with things like a sock or a bit of flour.

Siblings?
Yes. Each child gets their own nisse with their own letters, and can have their own link on their own tablet or phone. Extra nisse: 100 kr.

Do we need to print anything?
No. The print pack (PDF) is an optional extra at 49 kr per nisse. Order by 14 November and it's free.

What happens after Christmas?
The nisse stays with you. It lives in the attic all year, and new creatures and stories will follow later.

No ads, no chat. Drawings and replies stay with you — you decide when to delete them.

Can we start later?
Yes. Until 7 December you get the whole calendar, and missed letters open straight away. 8–14 December: 129 kr. From 15 December: 99 kr for a short calendar.

Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. A gift code is 199 kr and opens all 24 letters, even after 15 December. The gift arrives with the giver's name, for example “Granny Sue has given you a nisse 🎁”.
